Our representatives are available Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm PST.
Our Corporate offices are on the US West Coast.
We ship to all 50 US states. All estimates include shipping cost to/from your location. International shipping is available, however please allow 10-14 business days for delivery
You will receive a response from a DDR representative within 4 hours during our hours of operation. Your quote will be completed within 24 hours from the time the request is received. International shipping requests may require up to 48 hours to calculate import/export shipping charges.
DDR rentals are billed monthly.
We accept multiple forms of payment including but not limited to credit card, PO’s, and wire transfers. Additional forms of payment can be accepted, please contact us one of our representatives at 1-844-378-7368 or email: ddr@shoair.com.

Credit terms are also available; however, extension of credit terms is contingent on a business credit check. Credit terms are not available for individuals/non-business entities.
We offer competitive rental rates; however rental prices are highly dynamic. Please allow us the opportunity to meet or beat any comparable bid.
All DDR PCs ship with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit installed.
Yes, we can pre-load a custom image. Please contact our service hotline at (844)-378-7368 for details and pricing.
For insurance purposes, shipments of DDR equipment must be handled by our freight partner.
Express rental orders may be fulfilled within 24 hours on request; however, this is contingent on the product availability and processing time required for your order and the delivery location. Express processing fees and expedited shipping charges will apply.
Intel Demo Depot Rentals puts information security first. On return to our facility, all rental devices are fully re-imaged to remove any remaining user information or sensitive IP.
Upon departure from the facility, surfaces of all equipment have been cleaned and disinfected to remove germs, dirt and impurities from surfaces. This lowers the risk of spreading infections.

Rental equipment is insured during shipping to/from your location; however, DDR currently does not offer insurance for loss or damage. Repair or replacement charges will apply for any damaged or lost rental equipment. Damages will be assessed by our technicians on return of equipment to Demo Depot Rentals, and charges will be invoiced accordingly.
Yes, rentals may be extended beyond the scheduled return date. All rental extensions are subject to DDR management approval. Additional rental fees may apply. DDR reserves the right to refuse any rental extension request.
Unfortunately, DDR does not currently offer rent-to-own options. All equipment must be returned to DDR at the end of the rental period.
Cancellation fees are assessed based on the timeline below.
